I guess this is what it comes to...when government(s) no longer support the will of the people and decide to pursue their own agendas...what a shame on those nations! What should this be called? DIY War? I suppose there will be many more 'casualties of war' now that will not be wearing government-supplied uniforms when they fall in battle but, nevertheless, will be the tragic fault and responsibility of the government(s) from where those citizens originated. Pitiful... :/
