I suppose many people, at first glance, might think central bank independence is a good thing (absolutely not - foxes guarding the hen house) and that it's a good thing that political policies threaten their independence (which might normally be a good thing - if politics worked). However, in a world where there is little or nothing in the way of either fiscal (financial), political or ethical responsibility, this is a nightmare waiting to happen...all the way around - no matter who's pulling the purse strings. The real question is... "Which broken system do YOU think is actually going to be able to correct this perpetual train wreck?" - Here's a challenge... See if you can figure out how far back the Govt/Public School System seemed to have stopped even trying to educate the people about their rights. I don't think that would be a very easy task, but I can say that I was taught what was necessary and I believe the people who protested in the 60-70s did too. Maybe it started with Reagan. I think this video hits the nail squarely on the head. What do you think? ;)
