I don't really have much to say about Trump or his policies (if that's what one wants to call them) but I can agree that he may be the right person to actually take action with regard to the unresolved situation regarding China. Whether or not he is intelligent or skilled enough to do that with any modicum of tact and/or diplomacy - is another thing altogether. That is, at least, a reasonable attempt at giving him some credit (even while unsure whether he deserves any). Having said that, here's a very interesting article about the way things really work (and have been evolving/devolving over decades) in China. I believe anyone who is honest and not just trying to be 'optimistic' would agree that things between China and the rest of the world, both corporate and economic, need to change and, after a decade living there (as well as having a native Chinese spouse), I can attest that this article is fairly accurate. I have to admit I am interested in seeing how all this is going to play out. If this is something that interests you, you might appreciate this article.
