Well, immigration will never be reduced when you have to hire abroad to fill employment in your own country because your leader has sacrificed education. You might think you stand to benefit from that fool being in the White House but, if you want the truth, you will not benefit at all. In fact, you will regret it, unless you are one of the 400 wealthiest families in the nation who stand to benefit from a tax break for changing the health care system...at the cost of millions of people losing their coverage, having to pay more and probably dying in the process (this is your likely demographic).
