Excellent post from a very bright friend! There is great wisdom to the old saying 'respect your elders'. If you can't think of any reasons for that, here's one: They've managed to survive through life that is full of struggle and difficulty. For that reason alone, they deserve some respect. It might be a good idea to pick up all the pointers you can from them...and, also, be kind to them - if you want to manage to live long enough to become old yourself! ;) (y) (Thanks for the post, Chantel Euler LaHaye!) ^_^

The most important person in your life is the person who agreed to share their life with you. Treat them as such. 2. You might live a long life, or you might live a short one — who knows. But either way, trust me when I say that you’re going to wish you took better care of yourself in your youth....
