This is exactly what we should encourage - thinking outside the box. Just imagine what we could achieve, planet-wide, if this were what we fostered and encouraged! Now, if only we can get away from destructive trends like social posturing (expecting others to 'conform' with the status quo and/or vilifying those who don't), marginalizing potentially brilliant people because they come from countries that don't meet the same developmental level as our own, creating war and misfortune in other nations that don't 'goose-step' to the demands of those who challenge and/or threaten them and reducing the importance of those living in such places (for whatever reason - whether it is for profit, global dominance or superiority)...maybe we will be moving in the right direction. (y) Think of how many lives could be saved...
