The Universe is such a massive, unbounded place and we can barely see a tiny part of it. The more we look into deep space, the more we see and the more complex and detailed it gets - which is a lot like education...and philosophy. Who wouldn't be interested in that? Perhaps, only the simple-minded?


The Universe is such a massive, unbounded place and we can barely see a tiny part of it. The more we look into deep space, the more we see and the more complex and detailed it gets - which is a lot like education...and philosophy. Who wouldn't be interested in that? Perhaps, only the simple-minded? - Astronomers today (28 June) released spectacular new infrared images of the distant Universe, providing the deepest view ever obtained over a large area of sky. The team, led by Prof Omar Almaini, present their results at the National Astronomy Meeting at the University of Nottingham.
