Well, it might be a really good idea to think about voting for a Republican judge (never heard of a Democrat, Progressive, Libertarian, etc. doing this) when they'll spitefully decide to release many violent youth offenders into the public because they lost their re-election bid. Fortunately, the youth offenders' cases will be heard again. After all, we can't just let (possibly mentally) deficient judges try cases if we all want any chance at survival. In fact, if I were a member of the State Bar Assn., I would make sure this guy never practiced law or sat in judgment of another case for the rest of his life. It's a pity people will throw away their morals and ethics for such petty things. No wonder there are so many problems in the legal system (among others, such as teachers and priests that can't keep their hands off of children). Always keep your eyes open, folks!

Always keep your eyes open, folks! - Judge Glenn Devlin in Harris County, Texas, released almost all the juvenile defendants that appeared before him Wednesday after losing re-election.
