Sometimes, people never learn... I suppose many don't care much about the fact that they're doing everything they can to destroy themselves for the sake of financial wealth while overlooking the fact that they (and their families and friends) won't live long enough to enjoy it. I suspect, when Texas starts sinking into a giant hole in the ground, the air becomes toxic sludge and people are keeping warm by the fires blasting ot of every water tap in their homes...and reeking so bad people can't tolerate their B.O. since they can't shower for fear of being flame-broiled alive, maybe...just maybe...they'll finally start to understand. That, of course, is entirely dependent upon whether the rest of the world doesn't attempt to destroy the US for killing everyone else on the planet, since it is only a regional thing in some aspects and a global one in others (just ask China).
