This is genius... Since we can't really efficiently desalinate the oceans (rapidly rising pollution aside) and 3/4 of the Earth is covered in it, this makes a tremendous amount of sense - just like China's brainstorm of flushing/sanitizing wastewater lines with it, rather than treated water, did. I enjoy seeing more innovation from abroad - even from China and despite the fact I often shoot them down. We all have our days in the sun! I look forward to a day in this beast with the top down and enjoying a lot more sun...once the fossil fuel pollution is minimized. (y)

It's not a hybrid, uses no fossil fuels and the only emissions are water vapor.
