It's somewhat tragic when you have to shame, threaten and/or take legal action against people and groups to get them to do what is right...all you have to do is make sure they have no way to fight back. These people should already know the risks in advance and avoid the situation to begin with. However, not very many people 'play chess' or are skilled in the arts of self-discipline and 'cause & effect' (especially, those prone to corruption) - much to their later detriment! Live...and learn. There is no age too old nor position too lofty at which people are free from risk when they don't apply proper planning. ;) (y)

There is no age too old nor position too lofty at which people are free from risk when they don't apply proper planning. ;) (y) - Michigan Governor Rick Snyder has come under fire for handling the drinking water situation in Flint so badly that some critics have dubbed it "Katrina II."
