Rest in peace, Martin Milner. I watched this show often while growing up and must admit it did much to gain my respect for Law Enforcement, even if it was only fiction. It's somewhat tragic to see what has become of law enforcement over the years since Adam-12 was on the air, especially with regard to the LAPD. Let us hope we can get there again.
