This is a beautiful story... I decided a long time ago that I wasn't going to let the people I encounter in life who do terrible things to me 'teach' me how to deal with others. Instead, I decided to rise above it and follow what I knew was right. It's never been easy. In fact, many years, several countries and thousands of miles later, I still run into an endless number of people who have lost hope and chose bitterness, negativity, vengeance and anger over setting a proper example - but I haven't strayed from my course...and I never will. I have better teachers... ;) (y) How much more beautiful would the world be if people were more inclined to doing things like this than doing what we typically see so often? I know I'd much rather live in such a world. How about you?
