- Wow! It sure is LOUD in here! If these ignorant, selfish Chinese neighbors can't follow a noise ordinance and the management won't do anything about it, then I will teach them the finer points of a noise war...and I have a VERY powerful audio system. The entire building is shaking right now. Sometimes, you have to teach people the hard way... ;o)
