Maybe this will eliminate the need for several chapters of my forthcoming book, which was sure to be quite voluminous and, due to the issues mentioned here, was looking like it would never be completed. . It is also the primary reason why I have not once returned to the United States since leaving shortly after the invasion of Iraq and just prior to the worst President in US history being elected to a second term - something I will never, ever understand. .
