Here's a great article I think will appeal to a large group of people (anyone who drives, basically). It deals with the ethics/production/development of self-driving cars. You might want to check it out. I often wonder (but also shake my head, unfortunately) at how fast technology develops in relation to how slow litigation (law) is developed to keep us safe with - or from - it. I think this is a decent example of that situation...and something we should all think about!

I think this is a decent example of that situation...and something we should all think about! - The computer brains inside autonomous vehicles will be fast enough to make life-or-death decisions. But should they? A bioethicist weighs in on a thorny problem of the dawning robot age.
