How utterly brainless and inhumane is this? "Hi, I'm a serial killer, but you can't arrest me. I am not giving you permission!" (Consider this next time you're trying to figure out what is wrong with this world). This is not the proper response to such a situation. Neither is a unilateral response. When situations like this one occur, it is, imho, the International community as a whole (or the majority of civilized nations) that must act - regardless of whether permission is granted. How many innocent lives could have been saved? Maybe you don't consider them because they are not your countrymen. How about when it is happening in YOUR backyard? Double standards? We should be doing a lot better than this, humans... O_o
