In case you missed it the first time around (or are youngsters unfamiliar with military history), this is called 'The Korean Proxy War 2.0'. Last time, it was China against the US fighting one-another by way of North & South Korea. This time, it's Russia against the US fighting one-another by way of The Assad Regime and US-backed Syrian rebels. Make no mistake about it - there is nothing good about it and nothing good will come of it. In fact, the Korean War never ended. It only ended in a truce...and that is still not good.
