Good job, New Hampshire! We're almost halfway towards catching up with the civilized world and ending state-sanctioned murder. Maybe now the Republicans will think a bit deeper about mass incarceration and their 'death cult' habits of executing Americans so they can save money in order to spend more on the military and executing foreign civilians abroad.
